“Education is a right, not a privilege”, says BYJU’S Co-founder Divya Gokulnath

16 Nov 2022:  This Children’s Day, the world’s biggest edtech brand was involved in giving back to the children and future leaders of India. Bolstered by the efforts of their Education for All initiative, the company provided a unique opportunity for students across the country to seek, grow and develop a passion for learning.

With the assistance of BYJU’s volunteers, children from diverse backgrounds and cities like Pune, Delhi, Chennai, and Bangalore were given school essentials and other goodies based on their necessities. This was in order to provide them with the resources they needed to excel in school and beyond.

Sharing their thoughts on the event, Hrushab Munot, Business Development Training Manager said ” This initiative is a great way to spread the message of education among all communities in India. BYJU’s is doing their part and we are proud to be a part of this initiative. In fact, our co-founder Divya Gokulnath in an interview mentioned that education is a right and not a privilege. We abide by her words.”

Shafqat Sayeed, Marketing Associate also added “It is indeed a noble mission to provide children with the best educational resources possible so that they may succeed in school, college and beyond. This initiative by BYJU’S is a commendable way of showing their support and connecting with young minds across India.”
