Handball Federation of India is conducting 37th Sub-junior (Girls) National Handball championship held at Saran, Bihar from the 14th of December to the 18th of December 2022. The program is allotted to Bihar Handball Association. All the concerned affiliated states/units of HFI are invited to participate in the championship.
From Bengal, the Sub-junior West Bengal Handball Association will also take part in this championship. As per Secretary of the West Bengal Handball Association, Tapan Chandra is very much happy and said, “I feel very happy as male teams of handball from Bengal are taking an active part in the national championships. I am very proud that the girls’ team is going to take part in the National Championship. So all the best to the Girls’ team and this will encourage other girls to take part in Handball as their mainstream career.”
