Force Motors Posts Robust Q1 FY25-26 Performance; Records an EBITDA of ₹ 357 crore

India, July 24, 2025: Force Motors Limited, a key automotive player and India’s largest van manufacturer, has announced its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 (Q1 FY2025-26). The company has reported a strong performance, underpinned by significant revenue growth, operational efficiency, and robust demand.

Key Financial Highlights (Q1 FY2025-26):

  • Revenue: ₹ 2322 crore, up 22% YoY
  • EBITDA: ₹ 357 crore, up 35% YoY
  • Profit Before Tax (PBT):  ₹ 287 crore up 54% YoY
  • Profit After Tax (PAT): ₹185 crore up 55% YoY
  • Total Debt: Nil

Operational Highlights:

  • Domestic sales volume grew by 26%, fuelled by robust demand across the flagship models – Urbania, Traveller and Trax.
  • The company currently maintains a zero-debt position, reflecting its prudent and disciplined financial management.
