August 08th, 2025: With an aim to provide widespread access to management research with contemporary and relevant insights, the Indian School of Business (ISB) has launched ‘ISB Discover’, a user-friendly knowledge platform. Building on its 25-year legacy as a research-driven institution, ISB Discover seeks to bridge the knowledge gap between academia and practice, providing policymakers, business leaders, journalists, and students with actionable insights rooted in rigorous research conducted by its world-class faculty.
ISB Discover translates research studies into practical, jargon-free formats, empowering professionals to obtain deep understanding of industry and policy environment in India and abroad on topics ranging from financial inclusion, healthcare operations, transportation, corporate governance, behavioural science, public policy, and more. The platform will offer content in a variety of easy-to-digest formats, such as articles, videos, podcasts and infographics.

Over the past 25 years, ISB’s world-class faculty have produced top-tier research papers and published many in top-tier journals such as the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Finance, Marketing Science, and Journal of Political Economy. Many ISB faculty have also held editorial positions in leading international journals such as the Academy of Management Journal, The Accounting Review, Marketing Science, Production and Operations Management, Information Systems Research, etc. In addition to ISB’s faculty increasingly influencing policy and regulatory decision-making both in India and internationally, they have also secured prestigious research and consultancy projects from government bodies, non-governmental organisations, multilateral institutions, and industry partners.
In early 2025, ISB secured a rank of #27 globally in the renowned Financial Times (FT) MBA Rankings 2025, up from four places from the previous year, reflecting ISB’s continuous pursuit of excellence and innovation in its pedagogy. In the same FT Global MBA Rankings over the years, ISB was ranked within the top 100 globally, at #64 under the Research Ranking parameters.
