Bharuch: ICICI Bank has set up a new branch at Kasak, located in Nexus Business Centre on Zadeshwar Road in Bharuch. This branch, the Bank’s fifth in the city, is equipped with an ATM.
Dr. Susenjit Singha Mahapatra, Managing Director of Trustin Tape; Mr. Khandu Patel, Trustee of Sarvanaman Vidya Mandir; and Mr. B.R. Patel, Chairman of SLD Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., inaugurated the branch.
The branch offers a comprehensive range of accounts and deposits, including savings and current account, demat and trading accounts, fixed and recurring deposits and loans like gold loan, home loan, loan against property, personal loan, auto loan, business loan, education loan, Kisan Samriddhi overdraft and forex services along with card services.
The branch has also set up two dedicated desks, one each for senior citizens and for specially-abled persons, to provide personalised assistance. It also has a ramp for wheelchair accessibility. The premises also provides locker room facility for added convenience. It operates from 9:30 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. on Monday to Friday and on the first, third and fifth Saturdays of the month.
The branch also offers Tab Banking facility that provides nearly 100 services at the customer’s place by an employee through a tablet device. The services include opening of accounts and Fixed Deposit (FD), raising cheque book request, generation of e-statements and change of address, among others.
ICICI Bank has more than 580 branches, and over 790 ATMs and cash recycling machines (CRMs) in Gujarat.
