Hyderabad, March 21, 2026: FLO Hyderabad marked a significant milestone as it stepped into its 25th year, announcing plans for grand Silver Jubilee celebrations and an awards ceremony. The occasion was commemorated at the Annual Session, which also witnessed a formal change of guard in leadership.
Seetha Reddy Gaddam assumed charge as the new Chairperson of FLO Hyderabad, succeeding Prathibha Kunda, while Khushboo Daga took over as Chairperson of YFLO Hyderabad from Pallavi Jain.
The incoming Chairpersons formally assumed office through a ceremonial exchange of medals and signing of the charter, symbolising the transition of leadership.
Padma Shri awardee and renowned Kuchipudi exponent Deepika Reddy, Founder of Deepanjali, graced the occasion as Chief Guest and engaged in a conversation with the outgoing Chairpersons.
Emphasising the importance of dedication, she said, “Sadhana(practice) is the key to everything I am today. I never chased awards; I focused on my work with sincerity, and recognition followed.
Speaking on values, she highlighted the importance of equality in parenting and noted that every mother must treat her children equally, without discrimination.
In her concluding remarks, she added, ” When women are respected, the nation flourishes.
Recalling her association with FLO, she described it as “a home,” adding that despite not being a formal member, she has always felt deeply connected to the organisation.
She also unveiled Connect, FLO’s in-house magazine.
Outgoing Chairperson Prathibha Kunda, whose tenure was guided by the theme “Power to Empower,” described the year as a deeply enriching journey rooted in collaboration and collective growth.
Under her leadership, FLO Hyderabad achieved significant impact: 12 speaker sessions, 7 workshops, and 12 empowerment programs. The addition of 202 new members, the StyleTatva exhibition attracted over 10,000 visitors and facilitated approximately ₹45 lakh in MSME reimbursements. The Skill development programs are impacting 2,000+ women. The education initiatives reached 4,000+ young girls. The Dokra Revival Initiative generated ₹15 lakh and revived traditional crafts in Adilabad. And the first-ever Job Fair connecting 38 companies with 1,000+ candidates
Outgoing YFLO Chairperson Pallavi Jain, whose vision centred on “Knowledge is Power” and the motto “Learn, Grow, and Conquer,” reflected on a year focused on continuous learning and personal development.
She highlighted how YFLO created meaningful opportunities for women to grow and contribute despite demanding personal and professional commitments.
She also emphasised the value of being part of FICCI, noting that national-level exposure has been transformative in shaping leadership and perspective.
Seetha Reddy Gaddam, Founding Director of the SR Group with diversified interests in poultry, education, mining, and hospitality, shared her vision: “Engage, Empower, Elevate.”

With a network of over 1,300 members, she emphasized strengthening FLO’s impact through key initiatives such as: StyleTatva, Pragathi Pathi, Skill Centre at Sangareddy, Her Roots – supporting women in farming, Digital Saathi and Telangana Samskruthi
She also expressed a strong commitment to reviving traditional arts, particularly the Banjara needle craft, aiming to preserve cultural heritage while creating sustainable livelihoods.
Taking charge as the 21st Chairperson of YFLO Hyderabad, Khushboo Daga described the moment as deeply humbling and significant.
Reflecting on her journey, she shared her transition from a global career in finance and diamond trading in Hong Kong to biotechnology and life-saving pharmaceuticals through VINS Bioproducts Limited, whose work today spans over 110 countries.
She added: “I am grateful to have been recognized in the Business World India 40 Under 40 list—an honor that motivates me to continue creating meaningful impact.”
Presenting her vision, she said: “Together – We Progress.”
True progress is never individual; it is inclusive and collaborative. At YFLO, we don’t just build businesses—we build confidence, competence, and community.
Her focus for the year includes: Capability building, Cross-sector learning and Creating opportunities for holistic member growth
She emphasised that empowering women is essential not only for individuals but also for families, communities, and economies, and called on members to strive for impact and collective progress.
The Annual Session marked both a celebration of achievements and a forward-looking transition. As FLO Hyderabad and YFLO Hyderabad step into their milestone year, the organisations reaffirm their commitment to empowerment, leadership, and inclusive growth.
The upcoming Silver Jubilee celebrations are expected to further amplify this vision and impact.
