Pune: Strengthening its leadership team, Novotel Pune Nagar Road has appointed Tarun Kumar Mishra as its new Director of Finance. With more than two decades of experience in hospitality finance, he brings deep expertise in financial planning, business controls, compliance, and operational strategy, having worked with some of the industry’s most respected hospitality brands.
Tarun joins the hotel after serving as Director, Finance & Procurement at Novotel New Delhi City Centre. During his 21-year career, he has held senior finance positions with Marriott International, The Oberoi Group, and Zuri Hospitality, where he led financial operations across hotel properties and corporate offices. His experience spans budgeting, financial reporting, audits, statutory compliance, cost management, and driving operational efficiencies.
In his new role, Tarun will be responsible for leading the hotel’s finance function, overseeing financial planning, governance, compliance, and business performance. He will work closely with the leadership team to strengthen financial processes, support strategic decision-making, and contribute to the hotel’s continued growth.

Tarun holds an MBA in Finance along with postgraduate and undergraduate degrees in Commerce. Throughout his career, he has been recognised for building strong financial systems, driving operational efficiency, and supporting business growth through sound financial leadership.
