From 24 to 26 October 2025, Shangri-La Eros New Delhi will proudly host a much-anticipated three-day pop-up at Shang Palace. As the first Northern Chinese restaurant in the city to earn a Michelin star in Hong Kong and a recipient of numerous accolades, Shang Palace is delighted to present the Dubai outpost of Hutong, included in the Michelin guide for Dubai for this special collaboration.
Guests can look forward to relish Hutong’s signature dishes complemented by bespoke cocktails at Grappa curated by celebrated mixologist Andreas Qepali, promising an unforgettable dining experience that celebrates fire, flavour, and flair.
This exclusive pop-up offers a rare opportunity to experience the globally celebrated dining phenomenon that has captivated gourmands across Hong Kong, New York, Miami and Dubai, as Hutong now brings its signature fiery flavours and contemporary Northern Chinese finesse back to New Delhi in an unforgettable culinary showcase.
Hutong Dubai will present a refined and thoughtfully curated set menu, available for both lunch and dinner. The menu will showcase the restaurant’s most celebrated creations, including Roasted Peking Duck with Pancakes, Red Lantern – Deep-Fried Spiced Soft-Shell Crab on a Bed of Dried Whole Chilies, Lobster with Mapo Tofu, Grilled Lamb Rack with Cumin Seeds, Sanchen Spiced King Oyster Mushroom, and Hutong Fried Rice, concluding on a sweet note with the signature Bao & Soy dessert. Enhancing the dining experience, guests can savour innovative cocktails masterfully curated by eminent mixologist Andreas Qepali. Celebrated for his inventive approach and refined craftsmanship, Andreas will lead an exclusive takeover of the hotel’s Grappa bar, presenting bespoke cocktail creations thoughtfully designed to complement the bold, intricate, and layered flavours of Hutong’s signature menu.

The set menu is available for lunch and dinner at Shang Palace. The vegetarian set menu is priced at INR 6,000 plus taxes per person and the non-vegetarian set menu is priced at INR 7,000 plus taxes per person.
