New Delhi, 08th April 2025: The 2025 IC3 Regional Forum in Delhi successfully brought together educators, counselors, students, and government representatives to explore key issues surrounding career counseling, student well-being, and holistic development. Hosted at Genesis Global School in Delhi, the forum provided a vital platform for discussing the grassroots challenges students and teachers face, ensuring access to quality career counseling resources.
The forum saw 161 registrations, with participation from 85+ institutions across Delhi NCR, reflecting a strong interest from the education community in enhancing student outcomes by focusing on holistic student development. Under the theme “Counseling as a Culture,” discussions emphasized the need to integrate career counseling into the daily educational experience, ensuring it supports students academically and emotionally.
Speaking about the forum, Mr. Ganesh Kohli, Founder of the IC3 Movement, said, “Delhi has long been a beacon of academic excellence, but true success goes beyond academics. It’s crucial that we prioritize holistic student support, creating a nurturing, open environment where students can discover their potential, build on their strengths, and explore a wide range of opportunities. Access to quality career counseling is essential for fostering both academic and emotional growth, as well as preparing students for the professional world. The theme ‘Counseling as a Culture’ reflects our commitment to making career guidance an essential part of every student’s educational experience, embedded throughout their journey. Through the 2025 IC3 Regional Forum in Delhi, we aim to foster strong collaboration among educators, counselors, and policymakers to address the specific needs of the region and advance a more inclusive, student-focused approach to education that supports both academic success and holistic development.”
The event highlighted the evolving role of counseling in modern education systems, with participants engaging in productive discussions about strategies to support students’ academic, emotional, and social well-being. The sessions covered best practices for integrating career counseling into school curricula, building resilience in students, and aligning education with the needs of the workforce.
The 2025 IC3 Regional Forums continue to serve as a vital platform for knowledge sharing and networking among educators and counselors across the region, leading up to the Annual IC3 Conference & Expo, the flagship event of the IC3 Movement.
