Gadchiroli, Dec 23: Mr. B. Prabhakaran, Managing Director of Lloyds Metals and Energy Limited (LME), continues to advance his long-term vision for Gadchiroli—one rooted in inclusive growth, employee partnership and institution-building—through the annual Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) distribution and education-led community initiatives.
As part of this vision, Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) benefits were extended to 1,692 employees during a ceremony held at the Hedri village in Gadchiroli . The initiative reflects a sustained commitment to creating a culture where employees evolve into long-term partners, sharing both responsibility and value creation.
The ESOP programme, implemented annually, is designed to recognise contribution, foster ownership and ensure that growth is shared equitably across the organisation.
Mr. Prabhakaran, reiterated his aspiration to see Gadchiroli emerge as a modern industrial and human capital hub, inspired by the role visionary leadership has historically played in nation-building.
Extending this philosophy beyond industry, Lloyds Raj Vidya Niketan (LRVN) hosted its annual day celebration, ‘Udit Utsav – 2’, at Hedri. The event showcased cultural performances by students, reflecting India’s heritage, diversity and contemporary values.
Commenting on the initiatives, Mr. B. Prabhakaran said, “My vision for Gadchiroli is to create an ecosystem where children are empowered to dream big, employees become partners in progress, and teachers, doctors and professionals choose to build their futures here. By sharing the region’s wealth through education, opportunity and ownership, we want young people from this land to emerge as global leaders—grounded in knowledge, empathy and human values.”
A highlight of the celebration was the skit ‘Bharat Ek Khoj’, presented by the school’s youngest students, which received wide appreciation for its creativity and cultural depth.
Addressing students and parents, Mr. Prabhakaran encouraged young learners to broaden their aspirations beyond conventional professions and embrace entrepreneurship, innovation and leadership as drivers of the nation’s future.
Together, the ESOP initiative and education-led engagement reflect Mr. B. Prabhakaran’s integrated approach to regional development—one that combines industrial growth, employee empowerment and social investment. As Gadchiroli continues its transformation, this vision remains anchored in building institutions that create shared value for people, communities and the region.
