PRISM and Emversity partner to offer International Hotel Management Training and Placement Program for Indian Youth

Bengaluru / Gurugram, Feb 16: Global hospitality platform PRISM (parent of OYO) and Emversity have announced a strategic partnership to deliver an international hotel management training and placement program that creates a direct pathway from Indian classrooms to global hospitality careers. The integrated initiative combines structured training at Emversity centers across India with paid internships at PRISM properties in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and the United Kingdom, creating a structured 24-month pathway from skilling to international employment.

Under this collaboration, Emversity will lead classroom and practical training across its skilling centers in India, while PRISM will provide structured on-the-job training at its Sunday and Palette brand properties in India, followed by international placements across PRISM’s operations in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and the UK.

The program’s credential framework is designed for long-term career mobility. Upon completion, candidates will receive a 40-credit Professional Diploma in Hotel Management (aligned with the National Higher Education Qualification Framework) from MSU alongside NSDC skill certification. These credentials can be stacked toward future bachelor’s or master’s degrees at any participating higher education institution, creating multiple pathways for academic and professional advancement.

The first batch of the PRISM–Emversity International Hotel Management Training and Placement Program will commence in early 2026, with candidates undergoing a 6-month training period in India, followed by an 18-month paid internship across PRISM’s international operations.

Vivek Sinha, Founder & CEO of Emversity, said: “This partnership embodies Emversity’s core belief: that India’s workforce potential is constrained not by talent, but by access to structured pathways. By combining our work-integrated learning model with PRISM’s global operations, we’re creating verifiable routes from training to international careers—enabling young Indians to build hospitality expertise at home and deploy it worldwide.”

Dinesh Ramamurthi, Chief Human Resources Officer of PRISM, said: “PRISM has always believed that talent development is central to service excellence. Through this partnership, we aim to nurture a new generation of hospitality professionals who meet our global brand standards from day one. The collaboration with Emversity will help us standardize training and deepen our talent pipeline.”

Ankit Tandon, Global COO & CEO Europe of PRISM, added: “As we expand our international portfolio, building a scalable and high-quality workforce becomes critical. The PRISM–Emversity partnership will help us invest in India’s human capital and realize our vision of making PRISM a world-class hospitality platform powered by skilled and trained professionals.”
