PAN India, 14th November, 2025: Yellow Fertility, one of India’s most affordable and rapidly growing fertility centres, has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Dr. Reji M Pillai as Chief Operating Officer (COO). A transformational healthcare leader with over two decades of cross-functional expertise, Dr. Reji brings extensive experience in multi-site operations, strategic growth, and healthcare system optimisation across India and international markets.
Dr. Reji has previously led operational excellence across 100+ healthcare facilities and handled large P&L responsibilities exceeding INR 300 crore. His career spans India, the UK, and Europe, with a strong focus on patient experience, operational efficiency, and multi-market expansion.
In his role at Yellow Fertility, Dr. Reji will oversee end-to-end operations, process standardisation, regulatory compliance, digital transformation, and the scaling of the company’s multi-centre ecosystem as it pursues an aggressive national expansion strategy.
Before joining Yellow Fertility, Dr. Reji served as Interim COO and Vice President — Group Operations at IHPL. There, he provided strategic leadership across a diversified healthcare portfolio, including multi-speciality hospitals, a 74-branch fertility division, and a nursing education institution. At IHPL, he led the rapid expansion from 51 to 72 centres in just seven months, generated a INR 15+ crore revenue pipeline, delivered 8% revenue growth, and spearheaded digital transformation in OT and pharmacy workflows—reducing operational costs by 5.3% while improving patient throughput.
