Chennai, 20th November 2024: For advancing veterinary care in the country, the Continued Professional Development Program on Companion Animal Practice, a regional conference for the veterinary ecosystem in Chennai, was lent support by the Deputy Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Shri Thiru Udhayanidhi Stalin who inaugurated the conference. The 21st WSAVA CE INDIA and 14th National Symposium 2024 organized by Federation of Small Animals Practitioners’ Association, India (FSAPAI) and hosted by Small Animal Practitioner Association of Tamil Nadu (SAPAC TN)engaged 800 veterinary clinicians and students to elevate expertise in small animal paediatrics, oncology, and avian surgery & medicine. In its collaboration to advance paediatric veterinary care in the country, Royal Canin, a pioneer in the “Health through Nutrition” solution for cats and dogs with the purpose of creating A Better World for Pets, created awareness around the critical importance of paediatric protocols for the right start of life for cats and dogs.
Supporting knowledge with comprehensive paediatric protocols, Royal Canin also shared specialized puppy and kitten growth charts and provided essential tools for monitoring and managing early-life development in pets.
