Located amidst the tranquil lush greenery in Dundigal, Aparna Dharti is also extremely well connected to the key hotspots – Miyapur, Gachibowli, Bowrampet, Gateway IT Park; amongst others. Spread across 83.23 acres of land, the plotted property comes with 760 plots, starting at INR 91 lakhs.
Speaking about the new launch and the company’s plans for this fiscal, Mr. S.S. Reddy, Managing Director, Aparna Constructions and Estates, said, “Aparna Dharti is our first launch of the fiscal and second in this calendar year. We have 6 residential, 3 plotted properties and 2 commercial projects in the pipeline. Most of our upcoming projects will be located around the hotspots across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Bangalore. We are looking at exiting the fiscal with a 30% growth. To assist this expansion vision we are also looking to strengthen our workforce by hiring 1500 people across locations.”
“Overall, the real estate segment is growing at the CAGR of 18%. This is aided by the increase in millennial home buyers and lowering interest rates on home loans. Adding to this is the shift in consumer behavior. They are looking for spacious abodes like plotted properties and this has guided our journey to launch Aparna Dharti.”, added Mr. Reddy.
Aparna Dharti provides customers a tranquil, peaceful and spacious ecosystem where they can build their dream homes. The property has amenities like bore water supply connection, harvesting chambers for rain water percolation, electricity powered by armored cables, 60’/ 40’ feet roads within the project, solar powered boundary wall fencing and avenue plantation solar fencing drainage connections; amongst other attributed.
