New Delhi/Gurgaon, 10th October 2022: With the aim to care and build communities and offer quality spaces, New Delhi-based NSE & BSE listed real estate developer Ashiana Housing Ltd. announced that its newly launched Kid centric project ‘Ashiana Amarah’ in Sector 93 Gurgaon received a massive response on the day of the launch.
The project’s first phase fully sold out on day one, which includes 224 units corresponding to 3.95 lakh sq. ft of saleable area worth Rs 242 Cr.
Spread over 22 acres of the land parcel, the project has only three- and four-bedroom residences. The carpet area of apartments ranges from about 1000 sq ft to 1408 sq ft. Each core has four apartments.

Gurgaon remains a stable market when it comes to the launch and sale of residential projects. Changing buyer preferences due to the pandemic towards apartments and the infrastructure development in and around the millennium city have made it a preferred investment hub. NCR has witnessed robust sales and restricted new supply in the past few quarters.
