With over two decades of extensive global experience in talent management, leadership, and organizational development, Rema will play a pivotal role in leading LatentView’s HR strategy, employee engagement, talent acquisition, and employee development initiatives.

Notably, Rema was the first woman commissioned officer in the Indian Navy to serve as an Air Traffic Control officer for military aviation, a pioneering achievement by itself. Prior to joining LatentView Analytics, she was the CHRO at Bahwan Cybertek, where she played a key role in supporting the organisation’s rapid growth.
Rema is a certified Success and Leadership Coach in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), a DEI champion, and is dedicated to women’s empowerment through her work with various NGOs. On the personal front, she is married to Commander Mohanraj (IN, Retired) and is a mother to two daughters. At present, she is furthering her studies in alternative healing and hypnotherapy.
