A former marine engineer, Siddharth has made his mark in Pune’s dining scene with Le Plaisir, a chef-driven European restaurant, and Loco Otro, a vibrant chef-driven tapas bar. This intimate dining experience, running from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, will feature a curated nine-course tapas menu showcasing organic produce from Cherish Farm.

While our farm-to-table restaurant, Malaka Spice, embodies these principles, our Chef’s Table events are a unique opportunity to collaborate with exceptional chefs who transform our organic ingredients into culinary masterpieces. The exclusive menu for this event includes a selection of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, featuring highlights such as Watermelon Ceviche, Charcoal Roasted Sweet Potato with Truffle Oil, Mushroom Xacuti with Rice, Braised Pork Belly, Andalusian Spiced Chicken Taco, and Mutton Chop Xacuti with Rice. For dessert, guests will be treated to Serradura with Apple Compote and a delightful Rose Wine & Mixed Berry Jelly.
