Inspired by the rich traditions and flavours of Malaysian cuisine, the Winter Menu features the soul-warming Nasi Kandar Thaal – a menu deeply cherished by the culinary team. Originally a humble hawker meal in Penang, Nasi Kandar’s bold curries and fragrant rice have been reimagined by Malaka Spice, creating an unforgettable gastronomic experience.
