National, 7th February 2024 – Property Share, India’s first and largest tech platform for commercial real estate, announced the appointment of Mr. Vikaash Khdloya, as a Senior Advisor to its Advisory Board. He joins Mr. C B Bhave ex-Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Board of India who is already on the Advisory Board.
Vikaash Khdloya is the founder of Boundless Capital and brings with him more than 17 years of experience in real estate investment and management, first as a
Managing Director at The Blackstone Group (where he spent 8 years from 2011 to 2019), the world’s largest alternative investment manager with more than
$1 trillion in assets under management and later as the Chief Executive Officer of Embassy Office Parks REIT, India’s first and Asia’s largest REIT by size.
