The tiny tots at The Shriram Wonder Years celebrated Father’s Day at the pre-school with lots of enthusiasm, fun and gaiety.
Since the Father’s Day was on a Sunday, the school held celebrations on Friday. The central idea of the event was to salute efforts made by every father.
Teachers of the school conducted various activities wherein the students along with their Daddies had a fun-filled time making ties and indulging in foot print activities. They also had a movie session in which they watched “Peppa Pig makes a Pizza with Daddy.”
“It was a delight to watch fathers enjoy in full spirit with their little ones,” says Shubhi Soni, Head of School, TSWY, Rohini. “While growing up, every little child needs a superhero in his/her life. A superhero is that one person who is a role model for them. The first superhero that every child comes across in his/her life is a father. A father is that symbol of strength that binds the entire family together. The person who first comes to our mind whenever we are stuck in any problem is a father only, which makes him a very pivotal element of the society and the pillar on which many rely.” She further added.
The Shriram Wonder Years, Rohini is part of The Shri Ram schools and is their only pre-school in Delhi. Spread in a sprawling campus of 15000 sq. ft., the school is known for its child-centric approach and a comfortable, homely environment where children play, learn, imbibe and grow in their own way.
