India, 26th September 2024– MBA ESG India is proud to announce that it has completed its 2024 placement and internship season on a high note, with 100% of its two specialised full-time MBA programs batches in Sports Management and Luxury & Fashion Management placed. In the 2024 placement drive, the highest package offered was ₹9 LPA. This reflects the growing demand for trained graduates in the industry.
MBA ESG India saw considerable success in the 2024 placement season, placing 100% of its students in the Sports Management program across leading industry names and achieving 100% placement in the Luxury & Fashion Management program. This year, 35 leading companies participated in the process for operations, sales, marketing, and management trainee positions. Results like this are testimony to how relevant the curriculum devised by the institute is to the needs of the industry.
Major recruiters from the sports management sector participated in the placement drive, which included Decathlon India, Sports Paddock, Swimming Matters, Adonmo, The Little Gym, and Elite Shooting Academy. The Luxury & Fashion Management course saw a further improvement in the performance than the previous year’s, with top companies such as RBL, Big Boy Toyz, Sobha Real Estate, Hugo Boss, Unison Consulting, Saint Gobain, Eureka Forbes, and Entrupy offering positions to students. These are recognised industry leaders in the luxury and fashion sectors, offering roles commensurate with the specialist training students undergo at MBA ESG India.

In addition to excellent placements, the MBA ESG India also had excellent internship outcomes, which is an important part of the MBA curriculum. The 2-month internship allows students to put knowledge into practice in a real-world environment and derive professional experience prior to entering the industry in full-time capacity. This year, 90% of the students received internships from leading companies in the respective industries, which is a testament to the institute’s commitment to job market-orientated student preparation. 85% of Sports Management students secured internships with leading organisations to gain industry exposure, whereas Luxury & Fashion Management students received 100% placements.
Companies such as Go Sports Foundation, Tenvic Sports, D5 Sports Management, Kreedangana Sports Management LLP, Turf Club Bangalore, Sports KPI, Just Cricket Academy, and Gamers Tag have placed sports management students as interns. This facilitated on-field training for students in all sports management verticals, whether analytics, operations, or event management. Dr. Srinivasan K. goes on to explain, “We have designed our curriculum to reflect the dynamic nature of this industry.” It is these internships that give the students crucial insights into the business side of sports, which is an important link to their career path.”
The students of Luxury & Fashion Management secured internships in different well-established companies such as Gaurav Gupta Studio, RBL, Audi, Luvxeveda, Centarom, Arjuna Jewellers, Armani, and Brillica Lights. These provided a host of opportunities for students in sales & marketing, analytics, and operations that have essential relevance to the luxury and fashion industries.
