Kolkata June 2022: Khadim India Ltd conducted yoga sessions for their employees to spread awareness on the benefits of yoga in their daily life. The session was aimed to impart knowledge on doing free hand exercises while at work. With the aid of this session, the company aimed to impart the overall advantages of practicing exercise regularly.
The trained yoga professionals addressed the queries of all individuals and taught them some easy exercise that can be done while at work.
All participating employees attended the session with lot of enthusiasm and performed the asanas with practitioners practicing during the session which lasted for an hour.
